About the Role: As an Outreach Support Worker, you'll work directly with children and young people in the community, providing support either 1:1, 2:1 or in a small group. Sessions typically take place after school, at weekends, or during school holidays. We are looking for staff who can commit to working with at least 1 young person every week so they can build lasting relationships with them and their families.
