Job Description
As Senior Associate - M&A, Corporate & Securities Attorney you will handle varied matters:
1. Handle varied public and private company transactions: reviewing and preparing draft agreements, due diligence and tracking/ overseeing signings and closings.
2. Conduct and oversee due diligence and risk assessments for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
3. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate governance and securities law matters.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful transaction execution.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes impacting corporate and securities law.
6. Represent clients in negotiations, ensuring their interests are safeguarded throughout transactions.
7. On occasion, assist with general corporate matters, including entity formation and compliance, IPOs and capital markets engagements.
8. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior associates.
