As part of a planned succession following the forthcoming retirement of a family member, we are seeking a commercially minded finance leader to help shape the next chapter of the business. Working closely with the Directors, you will be a trusted partner with real influence - strengthening financial leadership, supporting strategic decisions, and helping ensure the business scales sustainably while retaining its values and culture. The Opportunity This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who enjoys seeing the whole picture. You will own the financial backbone of the business while providing strategic oversight across operations, systems, compliance, HR, and health & safety, supported by external specialists. You will bring clarity to complexity, turn insight into action, and help build the structures needed for long-term growth. Key Focus Areas Financial leadership, reporting, controls, and cashflow Budgeting, forecasting, and commercial insight ERP and systems development Supporting acquisitions and growth initiatives Oversight of compliance, HR, and Health & Safety Playing a central role in a planned leadership transition About You You are a senior finance leader with strong commercial judgement and experience in growing or owner-managed businesses. You are confident operating at both strategic and hands-on levels and enjoy working closely with decision-makers.
