Hybrid working with flexible hours. Generous leave package starting at 26 days, increasing to 31 days with experience.
Responsibilities
You will lead products that change lives in the Health and Disability space. Shape product strategy, define vision and roadmaps, drive user‑centred design, mentor a talented team, and transform complex services into simple, impactful solutions.
Qualifications
* Coaching & Mentoring – Mentor and coach product managers and teams to deliver high‑quality products
* User‑Centred Design – Work closely with users to represent their needs in prioritisation decisions
* Stakeholder Management – Influence stakeholders, diffuse conflict and build consensus to keep delivery on track
* Agile Expertise – Know when agile ways of working are most appropriate and adapt delivery approaches to suit context and complexity
* Product Leadership – Actively lead products and set clear goals and direction of travel to achieve outcomes aligned with organisational strategy
