We have a fantastic opportunity for an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to be based at Culdrose, Cornwall to plan, coordinate, direct, and/or perform engineering assignments involving specifications for, and design changes or alterations to, aircraft, engines, systems, components, and field or shop equipment. This will be to support MAWS and LM-STAR .
LM-STAR is a critical asset that ensures high mission capability rates for some of the military’s most complex platforms – and Lockheed Martin’s PBL program is its service counterpart that sustains station availability.
MAWS is a Merlin Avionics Workshop.
The role will involve:
3rd line support engineering work. The parts come off the aircraft and we test and repair (If we can) and send it back out to the Navy. Experience beforehand...
