As a Senior Sales Assistant you will be responsible to work in a dynamic team, enhance customer experience, and drive exceptional sales performance.
Role and Responsibilities of this Senior Sales Assistant – Outlet role:
· Smash Sales Goals – Understand your personal sales targets and strive to exceed them with confidence and energy.
· Be a Team Player – Collaborate with colleagues to drive success and create a supportive work environment.
· Lead by Example – Support the Store Manager in motivating the team to achieve outstanding results.
· Deliver Next-Level Customer Service – Provide expert guidance, solve problems with a positive mindset, and ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
· Keep the Store Looking Its Best – Maintain high visual and operational standards on the sales floor.
· Embrace a Hands-On Role – Stay active with early deliveries, stock organization, and manual handling-all while keeping up your enthusiasm!
· Take Responsibility – Open and close the store, handle cashing up, and complete daily reports.
Qualifications Required for this Senior Sales Assistant – Outlet role:
· Retail Sales Experience – Previous experience as a keyholder, Senior sales, supervisor.
· Ideally worked in a customer focused, premium retail environment.
· Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Microsoft Office and retail systems.
· Flexibility – Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
· A Positive Attitude – Enthusiastic, motivated, and ready to take on new challenges.
· Attention to Detail – Experience handling end-of-day cashing up and store operations.
