Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Install and support VoIP equipment at customer sites, ensuring service effectiveness within agreed timelines and company standards.
* Maintain clear communication between accredited partners, sales teams, and customers for efficient service delivery.
* Provide expert consultancy, advice, and support to customers based on their specific needs.
* Act as a liaison between the company and third-party network service providers.
* Ensure customers receive the most suitable VoIP solutions to meet their unique requirements.
* Plan and coordinate comprehensive customer training on VoIP products and their benefits.
* Organize travel and accommodation adhering to company procedures for efficient on-site visits.
* Develop strong interpersonal and presentation skills to build trust and confidence during client interactions.
* Complete all required documentation for equipment installation, configuration, and commissioning.
* Drive complete customer satisfaction in all aspects of completed work.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of VoIP experience
* Strong understanding of telephony and/or LAN/WAN solutions
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and organizational skills
* Valid driver's license
* Ability to travel as required
