Learning Support Assistant – Leeds (LS10)
Daily Rate: £90–£105/day | Start Date: ASAP | Contract: Long-term supply with potential permanent placement
A specialist provision school in Leeds is recruiting for a Learning Support Assistant.
The school prides itself on its inclusive ethos and is seeking someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to ensuring all pupils are supported to achieve their potential.
Your role will include:
* Supporting KS3 and KS4 pupils with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Delivering small group interventions and targeted learning activities
* Helping to adapt resources and provide personalised support in lessons
* Encouraging pupils’ confidence, independence, and engagement with learning
* Working closely with SEN staff, subject teachers, and parents
Who we’re looking for:
* A candidate with at least 3 months’ UK school or childcare experience
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Enthusiasm, empathy, and a positive attitude
* Experience with SEN (desirable but training can be provided)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
