Job Overview: The NEC Supervisor will oversee the DRAX Beneficiation Pulverised Fuel Ash (PFA) project, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance. This hands-on role requires a competent team player with expertise in NEC4 ECC (Option A), CDM regulations, and a strong understanding of MEP, civil engineering, and general construction. The role involves working within a small team, contributing to tender processes, monitoring short-term programmes (STP), and providing detailed reporting. The position is site-based with no remote working and requires excellent record-keeping and the ability to work with limited supervision. Key Responsibilities: Act as NEC4 Supervisor, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and programme adherence. Monitor and report on the contractor’s quality plan, safety protocols, and short-term programme (STP) compliance. Oversee temporary and permanent works, with the ability to interpret and comment on outline designs through to construction issue drawings. Contribute to tender processes, company inductions, and pre-construction surveys. Conduct site-based compliance checks, including quality, safety, and programme adherence.
