Advise on a full residential conveyancing caseload relating to: Sales & purchases (of leasehold & freehold properties) Lease matters, remortgaging, shared & joint ownership & more (You won't advise on new build transactions) Those with any managerial experience able to guide more junior fee earners are encouraged to apply, although this is not necessary What will you need? Being qualified is NOT a requirement of this role You will either be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years residential conveyancing experience OR Be an unqualified Fee Earner with at least 3 or 4 years’ experience handling your own residential conveyancing caseload This role can be offered at a senior level What next?
