We are looking for a CNC Machining Specialist who will operate, program, and maintain high-precision CNC milling machines within a fast-paced, R&D-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will bring advanced turning expertise while also being comfortable working on multi-axis milling centres. You will be responsible for designing machining processes, selecting and optimising tooling, writing G-code, and overseeing the production of high-value, low-volume parts and one-offs. You will also participate in daily shop briefings to discuss objectives, challenges, and continuous improvement ideas. The role includes mentoring apprentices, collaborating closely with engineering teams and tooling suppliers, and actively contributing to ongoing process improvements.
