We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join a busy and growing team, delivering maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites. This is predominantely a static role, based in Berwick with occastional travel to the wider Northumberland region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer from a facilities, manufacturing, industrial, or plant background who is looking for a varied role with long-term stability and development. The Role You will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across a range of building systems, ensuring all plant and equipment operates safely, efficiently, and in line with compliance standards. Key Responsibilities * Deliver PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial sites * Fault finding, diagnosis, and repair of electrical and mechanical systems * Maintenance of building services including lighting, power, HVAC plant, and associated equipment * Carry out minor installation and upgrade works * Ensure compliance with health & safety and industry regulations * Complete job reports and updates via CAFM systems * Support wider building services and multi-skilled tasks where required What We’re Looking For * Recognised engineering qualification (electrical or mechanical – NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) * Background in facilities maintenance, manufacturing, industrial or pl...
