What You’ll Do
* Collaborates with Narrative to build engaging stories for mission and locations
* Design, document and own features, mechanics, missions, systems, etc as necessary.
* Works in various in-house tools including Subsumption, a visual scripting editor to create logic for missions, systems and events
* Works closely with various other departments to improve AI, gameplay, mechanics, tools which impact our work or ability to work
What are we looking for:
* Previous industry experience within AAA titles with ownership of major features or missions.
* Strong understanding of visual scripting or coding fundamentals.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across disciplines
* A proactive approach to mentoring peers and guiding junior designers.
* An ability to develop relationships with other departments
* The ability to work with and respect frequent deadlines
