Axon Moore are proud to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of a highly-valued client in Wigan as they look to grow their specialist payroll team with the addition of an experienced and adept Payroller capable of excelling in a fast-paced role.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
Payroll bureau
Responsible for all aspects of payroll from start to finish
Reconciling payroll reports
High volume/multiple payrolls (weekly and monthly)
Auto enrolment rules for assessing, joining, opting out employees.
RTI Submissions
Processing 932 information on a monthly basis
Processing statutory payments
Handling payroll queries
Year-end returns
Other ad-hoc duties
Required Skills and Experience:
At least 2 years’ payroll experience
Able to efficiently manage and organise their workload
Microsoft Excel and Sage proficient
A good understanding of PAYE, NI, RTI SMP, SSP and other HMRC statutory regulations
Exceptional attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated in nature
Able to work efficiently towards deadlines
