Assistant – MAT Cover
Are you a proactive and organised Personal Assistant, ready
to support the executive operations at our 5* English country estate?
As a Personal Assistant, you will primarily provide support
to the Chief Operating Officer, and our CEO. Assisting with other Directors and
Managers needs on an ad-hoc basis
What you’ll be doing:
* Check emails, draft correspondence and send
emails on behalf of the COO.
* Responding to online guest reviews and
complaints, ensuring they are addressed appropriately, in a timely manner.
* Manage and Coordinate the COO’s diary, travel,
hotel and business entertainment arrangements.
* Arrange and prepare for meetings, taking meeting
minutes and distributing them to the relevant team members.
* Supporting the CEO with any ad-hoc queries.
Who you are:
* Confident in making decisions and the ability to
deal with matters of a confidential nature.
* Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft
Office, Outlook and Adobe Suite. Experience with Fourth and Procure Wizard
would be beneficial, but not essential.
* You’ll have the confidence to deal with all
members of the team, regardless of status.
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to
detail and accuracy.
* A good communicator, both verbal and written,
with an excellent telephone manner.
Shift Pattern:
* This position will consist of 24 hours per week.
* The ideal candidate will be available to work
any 3 days Monday-Friday, with flexibility on working hours.
* This role is available on a fixed term basis, as
Maternity Cover.
