NetCents Technology is a leading player in the cryptocurrency payment space. We are currently looking for an Executive and Personal Assist to join our team in Dubai. Qualified candidates must be detail-oriented, flexible, have strong multi-tasking, organizational and problem-solving skills, work well in a team atmosphere and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. If so, we invite you to further explore NetCents’ exciting Executive Assistant opportunity. Roles & Responsibilities: · The coordination of executive activities including calendar maintenance, travel coordination, managing all appointments, phone calls, and emails · The development of meeting agendas, presentations, and handling of all external resources that the executive may request to allow them to perform their responsibilities · Communicating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all matters are dealt with and brought to the executives’ attention · Management of executives’ personal calendar and household · Proactively create and maintain effective workflow and communication to accomplish executive teamwork · Coordination and execution of events · Ability to travel with short notice · Manage projects and follow up on action items on behalf of the executive · Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed · Assist in preparation of operating, budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls · Prepare proofread and check correspondence, invoices, and reports · Co-ordinate internal flow of information · Perform other administration duties Desired Professional Experience: · 3 years of administrative or executive assistant experience · Self-motivated and results oriented · Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel · Technologically adept · Post-secondary diploma or degree · Attention to detail · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Strong command of the English language both written and verbal · Good communicator in email, over the phone and in-person · Exceptional interpersonal, communication and writing skills
