Key Responsibilities Lead and support the machine shop team during the late shift Ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are met Operate and provide cover across key machinery including: Beam Saw Edgebander CNC Machines Allocate tasks and coordinate workflow across the team Monitor production progress and resolve operational issues where required Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace safety Coordinate production flow between machine shop, spray shop, and dispatch Support the training and development of team members Requirements Previous experience working within a machine shop or woodworking manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with Beam Saws, Edgebanders, and CNC machines Experience with machinery such as Weeke, Biesse, Homag, or Morbidelli would be beneficial Previous ...
