Due to the nature of our client, you will need to obtain enhanced DBS clearance. Responsibilities: As our IT Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to serve as the point of contact on-site, handling all IT issues at a first-line level. Your tasks will include setting up laptops, troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues, maintaining printers, and ensuring the overall functionality of the client site from an IT standpoint. You will also be involved in regular maintenance and upgrading of equipment. Additional responsibilities include: Supporting end users and providing basic training in the use of IT solutions Conducting regular checks to ensure all systems are online and backups are successful Providing first-line PC hardware and software support Escalating tickets when necessary Conducting basic network diagnostics Creating and updating IT documentation You will have a team of helpdesk engineers available to assist with any escalations you cannot manage alone.
