As our Health & Safety Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a proactive safety culture across multiple sites.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Conducting Health & Safety Inspections & site walk rounds
* Developing and updating toolbox talks, procedures, policies, and safe systems of work
* Leading emergency evacuation drills and COSHH arrangements
* Managing first aid and DSE systems
* Tracking and reporting on H&S KPIs and accident/near miss data
* Completing risk assessments and leading audits for continuous improvement
* Driving improvements in Health & Safety systems
We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Health & Safety professional who has:
* Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment (ideal but not essential)
* A NEBOSH qualification (minimum)
* Proven experience in a management role within health and safety
* Strong working knowledge of H&S processes
* Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* The ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
* Exceptional communication and leadership skills
* A full UK driving licence
