We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team. If you have a passion for crafting exceptional cocktails and delivering personalised service, this is an incredible opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel setting, with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This position reports to the Director of Bars.

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off
Salary: up to £33,000 including service

Key Responsibilities of a Mixologist:
* Crafting exquisite cocktails and drinks while consistently delivering exceptional service to guests.
* Ensuring the bar area and surrounding tables are impeccably set up and maintained to the highest standards.
* Working across all areas of the bar, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
* Preparing a variety of drinks, cocktails, and food offerings, tailoring recommendations to guest preferences.
* Demonstrating strong menu knowledge, offering expert advice and suggestions to guests.
What are we looking for?
* Previous experience as a Mixologist in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in every aspect of service.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
* A passion for training, development, and staying updated on the latest trends in mixology.
* A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional, personalized service to every guest.
