Role Overview
As a Senior Manager, you will become a key component of the tax team in their Kent office.
You will collaborate closely with local partners and directors, managing a sophisticated portfolio of larger and more complex clients, which includes family businesses, entrepreneurial and innovative owner-managed companies, to quoted groups. You will oversee the corporate tax compliance cycle and play an active role in providing advisory projects.
Responsibilities
Your main tasks will involve:
* Developing and leading the tax relationship of the clients within your portfolio
* Leading work and actively involved in the provision of advisory projects to clients
* Proactively identifying opportunities to expand services to clients and contacts
* Leading and supporting business development initiatives
In addition to these, you will engage in various tax advisory, structuring, project-based and transaction work, including due diligence, share-related work, international tax advice (structuring, financing and transfer pricing), and capital allowances.
