We are seeking an experienced and practical Interim IT Support Specialist to support day‑to‑day IT operations onsite at our Carnaby and Kelleythorpe sites in East Yorkshire. Due to the requirements of the role we are unable to consider fully remote candidates or anyone who cannot commit to being present on site five days a week. Working closely with the IT team, you will be instrumental in maintaining and supporting core infrastructure and end‑user services, ensuring systems remain secure, reliable and performant. You will provide primarily 2nd line support, with occasional involvement in more advanced technical issues as required, and will also contribute to project delivery and ongoing system improvements, including aspects of cyber security. The role will involve administering Microsoft 365 services, supporting on‑premise Active Directory, and working across a hybrid environment. You will occasionally assist in responding to cyber security alerts and supporting vulnerability management activities, as part of broader IT operations. In addition, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders and third‑party providers, supporting users across both office and shop‑floor environments within a manufacturing setting.
