£30m Project - Civil Engineering and Groundworks
Derby 2 year project lifecycle and new region opening
NEC form of contract
Salary up to £70,000 + package / Planner required
Planner required for site based works on 3 Civil Engineering Projects in Derby with a combined value over circa £30m over 2 years. Thereafter joining the new growing Midlands region for works covering both civil engineering and groundworks.
The Project (just the first one)
One of the UK’s best known and respected Civil Engineering and Groundworks contractors that operates on projects ranging from £2m - £25m is looking for a planner / planning professional.
Based on a soon to start major civil engineering and groundworks project in Derby this role will lead into a regional planning position for the newly forming Midlands region.
The role is is on an NEC form of contract over 2 years and will involve some site work in Derby, some work from home and some travel to head office also. The project is one of the UK's new high profile defence schemes.
During and following this project the Midlands region plan (from Derby) is to maintain steady growth and stability in an already mature client base with work available in core civil engineering and groundworks markets.
