Maintenance Engineer - Derby Pride Park

Salary between £43,300 - £43,400 (overtime available)
Shift Pattern: Rotating (06:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00, Fridays 06:00-12:00 / 12:00-18:00)
Key Responsibilities
* Provide engineering support across a diverse range of machinery, including automated presses and robotic arms.
* Conduct planned preventative maintenance in accordance with the site's maintenance schedule.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently to minimise production downtime.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to ensure compliance with audit and regulatory standards.
* Participate in engineering improvement initiatives and contribute to solving complex technical challenges.
Candidate Profile
* Demonstrable experience as a multi-skilled engineer within a manufacturing or production setting.
* Strong fault-finding capabilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Familiarity with PLC systems and robotic equipment is advantageous.
* Experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
* Flexible and adaptable with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
