We’re partnering with a fast-growing B2B agency looking to hire a Strategist / Senior Strategist to support increasing client demand. This is a broad and hands-on role where you will create, own and deliver strategic work across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with well-known global brands, helping them solve complex challenges across product, content, and go-to-market strategy. The Strategist / Senior Strategist will play a key role in delivering insight-led thinking and building strong client relationships.
What you’ll be doing
As a Strategist / Senior Strategist, you will lead a variety of strategic projects from start to finish. You will conduct research, analyse data, and turn insights into clear, actionable plans. This includes market and competitor research, audience analysis, and identifying key themes from social and digital channels.
You will work directly with clients, leading calls, running interviews, and presenting strategic recommendations. A key part of the role is taking ownership of projects and ensuring they move forward effectively. You’ll also contribute to go-to-market planning, content strategy, and campaign direction across multiple channels.
There will be opportunities to shape brand-new initiatives. This could include building nurture strategies from scratch, developing developer programmes, or defining short- and mid-term social media strategies for global tech brands. The Strategist / Senior Strategist will balance analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to deliver high-quality outcomes.
What experience you’ll need to apply
* Proven experience in a strategy, insights, or consulting role within an agency or tech environment.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
* Experience leading client interactions, including calls, workshops, or interviews.
* Ability to manage projects end-to-end and prioritise effectively.
* Understanding of go-to-market strategy, content, and digital channels.
* Interest or experience in fintech, finance, or B2B technology sectors.
* Clear communication skills with the ability to present ideas in a structured way.
* Experience working with product or technical audiences is beneficial.
* Exposure to AI-related products or initiatives is a plus.
What you’ll get in return for your experience
You’ll receive a salary of £50,000–£60,000 depending on experience, alongside the opportunity to work on high-profile global brands.
