The Role – Mentor
A specialist SEMH school in Enfield is looking for a dedicated Mentor to support students across KS3 and KS4. You will work both 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils develop positive behaviour strategies, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. The role involves using restorative approaches and practical activities to engage students in their learning. Experience working with SEMH pupils, in youth work, or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
