Are you a Welder Fabricator with a background in MIG Welding or similar? You will be responsible for MIG welding mild steel components ranging from 3mm to 25mm thick, working to tolerances of +2mm. This role involves multiple‑run, positional welding including vertical and overhead welds, as well as general fabrication from engineering drawings. Youll work in a bench‑based, industrial environment as part of a five‑person fabrication team, reporting directly to the Fabrication Manager.
The Role
* Carry out MIG welding on mild steel (3mm–25mm) to ±2mm tolerances
* Perform multi‑run, positional welds (including vertical & overhead)
* Work from detailed engineering drawings
* Support general fabrication tasks using grinders, welders, and hand tools
* Maintain quality, safety, and housekeeping standards
* PM Shift: Monday to Thursday
