We are seeking an organised, personable Golf Course Receptionist to manage guest bookings, share information on golf and activities. If you enjoy a guest-facing role and have a flair for service and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their golf experience.
- Promote and sell golf essentials.
- Provide information on golf & activitiesschedules, safety rules, and available amenities.
- Maintain an organised, welcoming reception area, contributing to a clean and safe environment.
- Monitor bookings and to maintain a safe and enjoyable setting for all guests.
Requirements
- Experience in a customer service or sales role is beneficial.
- Friendly, confident communicator comfortable with promoting products to guests.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, family-friendly environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
