This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing, international engineering and environmental technology business operating in the water treatment and sustainability sector. The company is experiencing strong demand and is investing heavily in developing the next generation of commercial talent.
You will be joining a supportive, experienced sales team where you will receive structured training, real responsibility early on, and clear progression into a fully-fledged field sales role.
The Role
This is a varied, progressive sales position combining business development, technical learning and client relationship management.
You will be responsible for:
• Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities
• Building relationships with clients across engineering, leisure, local authority and infrastructure sectors
• Mapping target markets and identifying new growth areas
• Learning technical product solutions and supporting customers in decision making
• Visiting client sites across the UK and occasionally Europe
• Supporting commercial discussions including pricing and negotiations
• Managing pipeline activity and reporting sales progress

About You
We are keen to speak with individuals who are motivated, commercially minded and serious about building a career in sales.
You will ideally have:
• Some experience in a sales, customer facing or commercial role
• Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships
• Drive, resilience and a proactive attitude
• Full UK driving licence
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
Technical or engineering exposure would be beneficial but full training will be provided.
Additional languages or experience within leisure, engineering services or water-related sectors would be advantageous.
