ProCook is seeking a passionate and driven Deputy Store Manager to join our Chichester Store team!
This is a new store opening in July in Chichester!
Your Recipe for Success:
As our Deputy Store Manager, you'll assist the Store Manager in leading the team and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
Typical Daily Responsibilities:
* Brief the team on daily goals.
* Engage with customers and assist them in finding products.
* Train the team on products and customer service standards.
* Maintain store standards and support general duties.
* Prepare the store for the next day at closing.
Requirements:
Daily Activities:
* Support daily store operations for smooth functioning.
* Lead in the Store Manager's absence.
* Create memorable shopping experiences to encourage repeat visits.
* Train and motivate the team to be product experts and brand ambassadors.
* Ensure the store layout is clean and inviting.
* Monitor costs and find efficiencies without compromising quality.
* Maintain accurate stock levels and report issues.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Enjoy engaging with customers and delivering excellent service.
* Have retail experience in a similar role.
* Be motivated to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Display natural leadership with a positive attitude.
* Possess strong communication and team motivation skills.
* Be detail-oriented and organized.
* Be comfortable with computers and POS systems.
