Job Description:
* Plan and deliverengaging, play-based learning experiencesin line with theEYFS Framework
* Foster asafe, stimulating, and inclusive environmentwhere every child feels valued and supported
* Promotecommunication, language, and personal developmentthrough creative and structured activities
* Useobservations and formative assessmentsto track progress and inform next steps
* Buildpositive relationshipswith children, parents, and colleagues to support learning and wellbeing
* Contribute to the wider school community throughassemblies, events, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have experience teaching inEYFSor similar (desirable but not essential)
* Be areflective and nurturing practitionerwith strong knowledge ofchild development
* Demonstrate a commitment toinclusive education,safeguarding, andpupil wellbeing
* Possess excellentcommunication,organisational, andinterpersonal skills
* Be enthusiastic aboutcontinuous professional developmentandteam collaboration
