Cover Supervisors - October 2025
Are you a recent college graduate or contemplating a career towards education? Wanting to gain in classroom experience working as a Cover Supervisor and get a feel for teaching?

Responsibilities
* Create and maintain a positive learning environment
* Engage with students and facilitate productive class sessions
* Control classroom behaviour in line with the school's behaviour policy
* Present a lesson with the resources provided (you don't actually need to know about the subject)
Pay and Schedule
We offer competitive pay ranging from £120-£140 per day PAYE, Monday to Friday, with flexible days to accommodate your availability. Whether you can commit to a full week or just a few days, we'll work with your schedule.
Requirements
* Experience working with young people aged 11-16 (preferred)
* A Levels in relevant subjects
* Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable), and professional references
* Legal right to work in the UK
* No prior teaching experience is necessary, but enthusiasm, communication skills, and a minimum of A Levels (preferably in English, Maths, Science, Business, Drama, Psychology, Humanities, or Sports) are desired
About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll work in secondary schools, overseeing various subjects and ensuring the smooth delivery of lesson plans.
