Banking & Finance Solicitor | Cardiff | NQ – 2PQE

The Role
From day one, you’ll be working on live deals with direct partner contact, gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of finance matters. Expect variety, client interaction, and the chance to build a strong technical foundation. You’ll be involved in:
* Acting for major banks, challenger lenders, institutional funds, government bodies, social housing providers, and corporate borrowers
* Supporting on all aspects of banking and finance including real estate development finance, acquisition/leveraged finance, and structured lending
* Drafting and reviewing loan agreements, security documents, and CPs, and managing transactions from sanction through to drawdown
* Working alongside corporate, property, and commercial colleagues to deliver seamless solutions for clients
* Liaising directly with clients, building confidence in managing relationships early in your career
* Getting involved in business development and sector initiatives with support from the wider team
