We have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager at The Edinburgh Woollen Mill, Tingley Garden Centre. Our store is located within Tingley Garden Centre, a popular destination offering a relaxed shopping environment and attracting a loyal customer base, making it an excellent location for delivering outstanding retail and customer service experiences.
Responsibilities
* Lead a passionate team, driving sales and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers.
* Drive Sales: lead your team to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a performance-driven culture.
* Operational Management: oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards while managing costs effectively.
* Maximise Profitability: implement effective sales strategies and promotions to enhance store performance.
* Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: ensure an excellent shopping experience for all customers.
* Team Development: manage, coach, and motivate your team, providing training and development opportunities to support career progression.
* Commercial Awareness: understand the retail market with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
* Strong Leadership Skills: inspire and guide your team to success.
* Sales Acumen: take a proactive approach to driving sales and engaging customers.
* Training and Development Focus: commit to nurturing and enhancing team members skills.
Qualifications
* Fashion retail experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
