Why This Role
Think of this as your launchpad into tech sales. As part of our Growth Team, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your job is to spark interest, open doors, and set up meetings with our senior sales team. This is a fast paced, energetic role where your confidence, communication skills, and curiosity for technology and cybersecurity will set you apart.
What You Will Do
* Speak with business decision makers every day, introducing Adoptech and the value we deliver
* Build rapport quickly and create curiosity that leads to quality meetings
* Work to clear daily and weekly activity targets
* Log and track conversations in our CRM (we will train you up)
* Be part of a fun, ambitious team that celebrates wins together

* Confidence on the phone and a natural ability to connect with people

* A genuine interest in technology, cybersecurity, and compliance

* Sales or telesales experience is a plus but not required, if you have the right mindset we will teach you the rest
