We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to assist the Joint Rolling Team with day-to-day operations. This role will support the 710 Labs brand but will be employed by our New Jersey partner, Fresh Cannabis, LLC Responsibilities include: Hand-rolling infused & non-infused joints with NO MACHINE ASSISTANCE Handling Pre-production and Post-production steps that come with hand-rolling joints Assisting in other areas of Packaging as necessary Material preparation Sanitization of tools, workstations, and joint production areas Working collectively and respectfully with other team members Any other task as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor Qualifications: 1 year experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is highly desired Must have prior joint rolling experience Experience and background in the cannabis industry is a plus For extended periods, must be capable of sitting, squatting, standing, kneeling, bending, or walking through the workday Must be able to exert well-paced mobility and perform repetitive tasks for up to 8 hours in length Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and accuracy Excellent communication skills and leadership both verbally and through written media Detail orientated with an eye on process improvement and optimization Must be able to handle constructive feedback and coaching and offer the same to others in the department Please note that the regulations and laws of The State of New Jersey require persons working onsite at a cannabis facility to be at least 21 years of age.
