Personal Assistant / Administrator Opportunity, Liverpool City Centre

About The Role

Title: Administrator/ Personal Assistant

Location: Liverpool City Centre, on-site

Role: Full time, permanent

Salary: Competitive

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, managing communications and follow-ups with professionalism.
* Support directors and team members with diary management, meeting prep, and confidential administrative tasks.
* Maintain and update internal systems, ensuring client records and documents are accurately filed and accessible.
* Assist with workflow and team scheduling, helping to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
* Contribute to team culture by supporting onboarding, training coordination, and occasional event planning.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring:

* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of your work.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle queries confidently.
* Solid experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general admin systems.
* A proactive, team-first mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
* Previous experience in a professional services or accountancy environment (or similar client-facing business support role) is highly desirable.
