Teaching Personnel is looking for an organised and reliable School Administrator to support secondary schools on a full-time, temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy school environment and plays a key role in keeping things running smoothly ✨
The Role:
* Provide administrative support to the school office and senior staff
* Manage day-to-day tasks such as attendance, reception duties, and data entry
* Handle calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
* Support with pupil records and general school administration
* Help maintain a welcoming and efficient school environment
The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous administrative or office experience (school-based experience desirable)
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident using IT systems and office software
* Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
* An understanding of safeguarding in a school setting (training provided)
