Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Duty and Assessment Team
Location: Wrexham
Rate: £41.58 per hour
Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced Qualified Social Workers to join the Duty and Assessment Team in Wrexham. Candidates must have Social Work England registration, be eligible to work in the UK, hold a degree in Social Work, and possess post-qualified experience.
Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with professionals and agencies such as MASH, Police, and Education Services to meet children and families' needs.
* Work within a fast-paced Duty Team, handle referrals from MASH, attend to Section 47 enquiries, and complete Single Assessments.
