The Recruitment Crowd isexpandingand we are recruitingexperienced Childrens Residential Support Workersto join ourtemporary agency workforce, supporting children and young people in UK residential care settings.
This isagency-based work. It isnot a permanent or full-time position, andhours cannot be guaranteed. This role is best suited to professionals who already have solid experience in childrens residential care and are comfortable working flexibly across services.

Essential Experience (Non-Negotiable)
To be considered, youmust have recent, paid experience working in the UK with children and young peoplein a residential setting.
You must have:
* A minimum of6 months experience working with Looked After Childrenwithin aUK childrens residential setting
* Experience gainedwithin the UK(overseas experience alone cannot be considered)

The Role
As an Agency Childrens Residential Support Worker, you will:
* Provide high-quality care, guidance, and emotional support to children and young people
* Promote independence, safety, and wellbeingat all times
* Follow individual care plans and behaviour support strategies
* Support the delivery of safe, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
* Accompany young people to appointments, education, and community activities
* Maintainaccurateandtimelyrecords, including daily notes, incidents, medication, and family contact
* Work professionally alongside internal teams and external professionals
WhatWereLooking For
* Minimum6 months UK experienceworking with children in residential care (essential)
* Confidence working with Looked After Children and complex needs
* A calm, resilient, and professional approach
* Strong communicationand record-keeping skills
* Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People(or equivalent) essential
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Serviceor willingness to obtain one
* UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)
* Full Right to Work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
