What You Will Do;
Act as the Management Representative for Quality, maintaining and enhancing the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and EN 9100 standards.
Manage and oversee Nonconforming Material processes, both internally and externally, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
Lead quality input into new product introduction (NPI) and project management activities, contributing to successful product launches.
Conduct internal quality audits to ensure system compliance and effectiveness, replicating external accreditation assessments.
Deliver quality training and awareness programmes across all departments, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Liaise with customers professionally on all quality-related matters, ensuring timely and effective communication.
What You Will Bring:
Strong engineering background, ideally within a precision manufacturing environment.
Expertise in quality improvement tools and techniques, coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in planning, organisation, and project management, with a hands-on approach.
Exceptional communication skills at all levels of an organisation, with the ability to influence and drive cultural change.
Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with quality management software.
