About the Role:
As the Contract Oversight Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of our contract management lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
Performance Management:
Develop and maintain processes that ensure effective supplier management, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Conduct thorough stakeholder analysis to identify key suppliers and contracts.
Risk Identification: Proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for the organisation.
Training Development:
Design and recommend training standards for contract managers to enhance their skills and competencies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with Procurement and Legal Services to develop standard contract terms and manage supplier debarment.
Reporting:
Analyze performance data to identify trends, informing organisational strategy and risk management.
Your Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in managing large contracts.
Expertise in developing terms and conditions for complex contracts.
A solid background in commercial contract dispute resolution.
Experience in establishing systems and processes for effective contract management.
A knack for creating robust training programs for best practices in contract management.
