You’ll shape and deliver a client growth strategy that builds long-term, high-value relationships with new and existing clients. It’s about understanding what our clients need (often before they do), spotting opportunities for innovation, and helping position the business as a trusted, forward-thinking partner in training and professional development.
What you'll do:
Lead a creative, client-focused growth strategy
Identify new business opportunities, drive engagement and deliver revenue growth.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
Influence product development with client insight
Represent the business at a senior level and deputise for the Director
What you'll bring:
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to spot trends and tailor approaches
A consultative, relationship-first approach to influencing and engagement
Excellent communication and storytelling skills – written, verbal, and visual
Comfortable using CRM and data to inform your approach
Sector experience is not required but a consultative, relationship-first approach to influencing and engagement is key.
