Customer Service Manager Opportunity

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader who can inspire and develop our Customer Team Members, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the store's operations, ensuring a safe and legal working environment, and driving sales growth through effective stock management and merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate a team of Customer Team Members, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge* Manage the store's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock control, and cash handling* Develop and implement plans to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction* Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a retail environment* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with colleagues and customers* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays* Basic maths skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a till* Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities* Passion for delivering excellent customer service and leading a high-performing team
