Experienced Document Controller required to join a leading main contractor based in Newbury, to aid with an array of commercial & residential projects including health-care, education, industrial and office facilities ranging in value from £1M - £30M across the south coast.
As the Document Controller you will be working closely alongside the production and commercial teams, design consultancies and subcontractors. You will be responsible for seeing projects through from conception to completion.
This Document Controller role will involve regular client interaction, controlling of the construction management systems, management of drawing documents, overseeing, and ensuring client return documents are sufficient with system standards as well as other ad-hoc administrative duties.
This Document Controller role is with a busy regional south coast based main contractor group with a turnover excess of £500M, with a secured pipeline of work. You will be an experienced Document Controller preferably with a main contractor background and Procore experience. Key attributes will include exceptional communication skills, diligence, methodological mindset ad a quality orientated nature.
