Park Manager required for a Holiday Park.
We are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Manager to join our busy Holiday Park The role will be to take accountability for the day-to day running of the park with the support of our Group General Manager, ensuring we are providing outstanding customer service whilst looking at opportunities to improve the park, bringing a positive energy to the team.
We would also consider participation in caravan sales for the right candidate with previous experience to give the opportunity of extra earning potential.
Roles include and the ability to do the following -
* Day to day running of a busy holiday park with a hands on approach.
* Dealing with any potential issues promptly & professionally.
* Effective time management, to be able to prioritise tasks.
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors, holiday home-owners, potential new customers and Head Office team.
* Keep necessary records for Health & Safety and customer and visitor experience.
* Risk Assessments regularly updated.
* Providing necessary paperwork to Head Office promptly.
* Any other duties required to ensure the park environment is kept tidy and safe at all times.
* Good communication skills will be required to interact with both existing and new holiday home-owners to build good relationships, offering a professional and personable experience.
The successful candidate should have:
* The ability to lead, manage & develop a variety of park-based teams.
* A proactive & positive approach within their role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work under pressure with good decision making skills.
* A professional and outgoing personality with excellent standards of presentation and customer care.
* Good & relevant IT skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word and e-mail.
* Flexibility & Adaptability to meet the needs of a seasonal and varied business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
