We are recruiting on behalf of a food manufacturer based on the boarders of Southall & Hayes. The role is long term and possibly temp to perm for the right candidate. The shifts are 12 hours normally Monday - Thursday however there will be occasions when Friday or weekend working will, be required so flexibility is essential.
The role : As a Lead Operator in one of our manufacturing or packing areas you will be directly responsible for and will deliver day to day performance. You will be responsible for safety, quality, output and cost aspects within your line. You will contribute towards the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within your area so that we continue our journey to excellent performance.
