The Role
This position is a fully autonomous building management role, offering end-to-end responsibility across a commercial office. You will effectively run the estate as your own business unit, ensuring operational excellence and strong financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full management of day-to-day building operations across the building
* Ownership of service charge budgets, financial planning, and cost control
* Managing and improving contractor performance (cleaning, engineering, etc.)
* Leading on procurement and retendering processes, including unifying estate-wide contracts
* Line management of on-site staff (reception team and engineer)
* Regular liaison with asset management team

* Bringing consistency and efficiency to building-by-building processes
* Driving improvements through proactive contract and supplier management
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in commercial property or building management (residential management is not applicable for this position)
* Strong financial acumen, particularly around service charge management
* Confident communicator with the ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders
* Self-starter mindset with the ability to work autonomously
* Commercially aware and solutions-driven
