We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR and recruitment strategies, with a focus on lead generation and relationship management. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices.
* Leverage social media management tools to promote job openings and enhance employer branding.
* Conduct market research to identify trends in recruitment and make recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organisation.
* Provide HR support to colleagues across the area
Skills
* Proven experience in lead generation and talent acquisition within a fast-paced environment.
