Executive Assistant to CEO Location: London - Paddington £55,000 Full-Time, Permanent We are recruiting on behalf of a leading international organisation for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level, strategic support to the CEO. This is a pivotal role within the Executive Office, focused on optimising the CEO's time, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting Board-level activity. This opportunity would suit a highly experienced EA who is confident operating at senior executive and Board level, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and exercises absolute discretion. Key Responsibilities: Complex calendar management, forward planning and strategic gatekeeping Proactive inbox management, prioritising and escalating key matters Coordinating domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries Managing travel documentation and processing expenses Liaising with senior internal stakeholders, government agencies and external partners Supporting preparation of the CEO's Board Report in collaboration with Company Secretariat and Communications Organising Executive Committee meetings, offsite events and site visits Working closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support across the Executive function Providing support to the Chairman and Board, including travel, accommodation and logistics for Board meetings About You: Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior executive 1:1 Extensive experience managing complex diaries and global travel across time zones Strong background in Board-level support and stakeholder management Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail Able to work proactively, independently and under pressure Impeccable written and verbal communication skills Demonstrates discretion, integrity and confidentiality at all times Advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong collaborator who works effectively within an Executive support team Education & Background: Degree educated or equivalent experience Formal secretarial or business administration training desirable This is an outstanding opportunity for a polished and strategic Executive Assistant looking to operate at the highest level within a respected global organisation.
